I tried on lots of
different Wedding dresses but never found "the one". So I took the bits that I liked best and got my Mum to design a dress. |
 |
The
seamstress who made the dress is Joyce Bentley from Goole. She also made the veil, cravats for the Best man & Groom and a
wrap for the Bridesmaid's dress. |
 |
Vickie
Gooch was my Matron of Honour. She broke her ankle 6
weeks before the Wedding and only had her cast off the day before!
Her dress is by Alfred Angelo and was bought from Margaret's
of Armthorpe, Doncaster.

| Hair
was done by Toni & guy in Doncaster. I had 2 trial
sessions before the wedding and still had a different style on the day! |
 |
 |
Make-up
was done by Christine butler
of Balby, Doncaster. |

Accessories
My necklace was found at an antiques fair and I wore
marcasite stud earrings and a marcasite watch to match.
Shoes were from Limited Editions Leeds, and decorated with
rhinestone buckles that I found at an antiques fair
'Erika' - tiara was designed by Grace Bridal.

| Photographs were taken by Maurice
Hart of Doncaster.
He first took my photo when I was 3.....28 years earlier!
Videography was done by Abbey Video of Harrogate. |
Our major mishap of the day was the cars not turning up. One car broke
down on the M62 and the other got lost. Our next door
neighbour Michelle, came to our rescue and delivered me to the church in the pea-green
Renault Scenic!
I was only half an hour late! |
